That’s fine – you can still use RentWorks for extra support, emergency cover, or specialist jobs where your usual contacts aren’t available.

 Absolutely. Every contractor in our network is self-employed and holds valid Public Liability Insurance. We also verify their identity and experience as part of onboarding. 

 We currently operate across North West England, including Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, and Cheshire. If you're unsure, just get in touch. 

 No, RentWorks is your single point of contact. We manage the entire process, so you don’t have to chase or coordinate anything yourself. 

 Jobs are either quoted at a fixed rate or based on an hourly rate. All pricing is transparent, and includes any platform/admin fees. You’ll receive a clear, itemised invoice. 

 We take quality seriously. If an issue arises, we’ll work with you and the contractor to resolve it quickly. We also require photos and updates on every job as standard.
